Any concerns about the course should be raised as soon as possible with the individual concerned. If this is not possible / not satisfactory, then complaints can be raised with the course director. If neither of the above are deemed to be appropriate, then the concern can be directed to the moderator of the course, or to the chair of ACAT’s training committee.

Concerns or complaints about the professional conduct of individual trainees should be raised with the employer concerned and/or with the registering professional body for the trainee concerned (for example HCPC, NMC, GMC).
